Responsibility of collection: Private scheme: Reinigingsdienst Rd4 is responsible for the collection and processing of waste streams for the municipality of Landgraaf. Landgraaf has the so called volume / frequency system (DIFTAR) for municipal waste collection, making it financially attractive to offer as little residual waste as possible, and separate as much waste as possible.
